Jaipur: The Central India Regional Council (CIRC) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) Saturday held its convocation ceremony in Jaipur where membership certificates were presented to around 444 newly qualified chartered accountants and seven rank holders.Coordinator and central council member Satish Kumar Gupta urged the new members to make “honesty, transparency and professional ethics” the foundation of their careers. He said CAs had a vital role in strengthening the country’s economic system.“The profession’s role is growing amid changes in the economic and business landscape. New CAs should use their expertise in taxation, auditing, financial management and corporate governance to contribute to national development,” said Rohit Ruwatia Agarwal, coordinator and central council member.
