Hazaribag: As many as 33 absconding criminals were arrested following a district wide raid by 30 police teams comprising around 113 officers in Hazaribag district in early hours of Monday. Hazaribag SP Aman Kumar said those arrested were wanted in various criminal cases and had been evading arrest for a considerable period. He said, “Such special drives would continue. We appeal people to inform the nearest police station about absconding criminals or wanted persons in their locality for prompt action.”
