Ramgarh, Oct 4: Ramgarh MLA Dr Devinder Kumar Manyal on Sunday inaugurated blacktopping work on a road in Nanga village being executed at an estimated cost of Rs 30 lakh under the City and Town Scheme.
Speaking on the occasion, Manyal said improving road infrastructure was a priority as better connectivity was essential for the socio-economic development of rural areas. He said the project would improve movement for residents, students, farmers and other sections of the community.
He assured residents that development works across the Ramgarh constituency would be taken up in a phased manner, with focus on basic infrastructure and local requirements.
Mandal President Nancy Choudhary, former DDC member Anita Choudhary, party workers and local residents were present on the occasion.
Local residents thanked the MLA for taking up the road improvement work.
