Ranchi: A total of 25 members of Maoist politburu member Misir Besra-led squad will surrender before the state police on Thursday, Jharkhand police announced on Wednesday. The surrender would be carried out under govt’ s ‘Operation Navjeevan’. It may be stated here that due continuous operation of the state police, members of the Misir Besra gang have also surrendered in Telagana and West Bengal in the recent past.
