Kanpur: Rura police in Kanpur Dehat arrested two youths on Friday on charges of luring and raping two minor girls. The case came to light after a complaint was filed at Rura police station on Mar 10. The complainant said his two minor daughters left home on Mar 5 to buy clothes but did not return till late evening.The girls told their father on phone that they were going to Sonipat and would be getting married the next day. He alleged that two youths from Kannauj had lured and abducted his minor daughters from Shivli Bazaar.Police registered a case at Rura police station and rescued both girls before getting their statement recorded in court. Sections of Pocso Act were added to the case. Police arrested Vishal (21) and Krishna(19), both are residents of village Madhavpur under Thana Thathiya in Kannauj.
