Patna: The much-awaited presidential debate before PUSU polls will be held at 1pm on Thursday at Patna Science College under tight security arrangements. All the 11 candidates contesting for the post of PUSU president have been invited to present their respective agenda before the electorate. Each candidate has been allotted a time of five minutes to complete his or her address. The candidates would strictly adhere to the code of conduct as prescribed by the Lyngdoh committee, a PU notification said.
