Yadgir: Medical Education minister Sharan Prakash Patil said that Yadgir, a district adjacent to Kalaburagi, has its own characteristics, and there is an intention to establish a superspecialty hospital and trauma care centre here in the coming days.Responding to questions from reporters on Saturday at Yadagiri Institute of Medical Sciences, he said he will not answer political questions. He said that questions could only be asked about matters related to public interest and development.
A tender was invited for filling the staff positions of Yadagiri Medical College, and it was suggested to fill the posts on an outsourcing basis as per rules. He said that, as it is a new organisation, all aspects were carefully reviewed and necessary directions were given to the management board.The building construction of Jayadeva Heart Institute in Hubballi was completed, and dedication will be done in the next few days.
