Nagpur: Warehousing leasing transactions in Nagpur recorded the highest growth at 204% in 2025 among 13 major cities, including Mumbai, and Pune. Nagpur recorded leasing volumes of 0.91 million square feet of space in the year. The figure was 0.30 million square feet in 2024 and 0.40 million square feet in 2023, says a report by international property consultancy Knight Frank released recently.The surge was driven by manufacturing demand, particularly automotive and engineering-linked players, alongside space take-up by third-party logistics firms. The transition marks Nagpur’s evolution from a consumption-led market to manufacturing and distribution-driven hub, says the report.
