Shillong: The Meghalaya edition of the Viksit Bharat Youth Parliament Festival was held at the Meghalaya Legislative Assembly Annexe Hall, Rilbong, on Saturday. The event brought together young leaders and changemakers from across the state. Centred on the theme ‘Union Budget 2026: Strengthening the Indian Youth’s Path towards Viksit Bharat 2047’, the festival was marked by discussions, with participants demonstrating oratory skills and presenting perspectives on issues affecting their communities.
