Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing Ltd on Monday reported a sequential improvement in business momentum during the March quarter of FY26, aided by easing demand conditions and improved customer procurement activity, particularly in the US.
In a business update filed with the stock exchanges, the company said the first nine months of FY26 were marked by a challenging macroeconomic environment, with subdued demand and cautious procurement cycles across key global markets impacting performance. However, conditions began to stabilise in the fourth quarter.
“Following recent developments in US tariff policies, customer procurement activity has shown signs of normalisation, resulting in improved order inflows and healthy business traction during Q4 FY26,” the company said.
Commenting on external risks, Unimech said the evolving geopolitical situation in West Asia does not currently have a direct material impact on its operations. However, it continues to closely monitor developments given the potential indirect effects on global supply chains and logistics.
Overall, the company said it has seen a clear improvement in business momentum in the March quarter, supported by better demand conditions and a healthy order book, and will share a detailed performance update along with its financial results in due course.
