Kanpur: The administration has imposed traffic diversions in the Panki Area on Thursday on the occasion of Hanuman Jayanti. The diversions will remain in force from 6 am onwards.Devotees coming from Kanpur Dehat via Thana Sachendi, Bhaunti Bypass Chauraha towards Panki Mandir will proceed from Bhaunti Chauraha ahead to Panki Padav Gangaganj Crossing and turn left to reach the temple. Parking for their vehicles has been made available on both sides of the road from Station Road trisection on the Gangaganj route and on other connecting link roads from this route.Devotees coming from districts Hamirpur, Fatehpur, Unnao and other districts who will proceed via Ghantaghar Chauraha, Ramadevi Chauraha, Naubasta Chauraha, Vijay Nagar Chauraha towards the temple premises, will reach the temple via Bhatiya trisection turning right to the temple. Vehicles going from Bhatiya trisection towards the temple can be parked inside MIG trisection and on both sides of the Panki Thana road.Devotees coming from Kannauj, Kanpur Dehat, Farrukhabad via Kalyanpur heading towards the temple premises will proceed from Kalyanpur via Awas Vikas Nahar Panki, MIG Road, and can park their vehicles at the Ramlila Maidan located at Sabzi mandi trisection.Devotees coming from Kanpur Dehat via Shivli Rasulabad road through Jawaharpuram, Shatabdi Nagar, Ratanpur towards the temple can park their vehicles on both sides of the road from Narayana College Chauraha ahead up to Shatabdi Nagar Road Tiraha.Diversion Points: Traffic coming from Kalyanpur side will be be diverted via Awas Vikas Nahar Panki to Amapur Nahar Tiraha or MIG Tiraha towards their destination.No heavy or medium vehicles will be allowed to go from Panki Road Chawki, Thana Kalyanpur towards Panki Nahar, from Bhatiya Tiraha towards Panki Mandir. They can proceed via Amapur Nagar towards their destination. Trffic will be restricted from Kalpi Road via Panki Dham Station towards Panki Mandir, from Panki Padav Gangaganj Crossing towards Panki Mandir. Parking will be allowed on west gate of the temple (for VVIP / Essential Services), both sides of the road on Ratanpur Road from Shatabdi Road trisection, Sabzi mandi Road, Ramlila Maidan, Both sides of Panki-Thana road and Kamal Memorial School, Gali, Kachua Talab Road (Police/Administration Parking),Station Road Tiraha to Gangaganj Crossing route, in front of Gate No.04, ATM Chauraha.In case of any inconvenience, contact: Traffic Control Room: 9305104340; Traffic Helpline Number: 9305104387.
