Palanpur: Three youths were killed and three others injured in a head-on collision between two motorcycles on the service road near Ansol Checkpost along the Ahmedabad–Udaipur Highway (NH-48) on Monday. The victims were reportedly returning home to celebrate the Holi-Dhuleti festival when the accident occurred. The deceased were identified as Jayanti Bhagora and Shantilal, both natives of Rajasthan, and Premal Ninama of Khiloda village.The impact of the collision was severe, leaving the riders critically injured on the road. Passersby alerted authorities, and emergency services rushed to the spot. Police from Shamlaji arrived at the scene and shifted the bodies for postmortem.
