Ranchi: Three persons were arrested and a minor detained on charges of stealing valuables, including gold ornaments and mobile phones from a house under Lalpur police station limits on March 22, police said. The arrested were idemtified as Munna Jaiswal (58), Umang Kumar (28), and Sujal Kumar (19). Five stolen ornaments and three mobile phones have been recovered. Both Munna and the minor are history-sheeters as cases have been lodged against them under Chutia police station in the past. TNN
