TNNLudhiana: A taxi driver allegedly disappeared after two youths booked his vehicle from a mall in Ludhiana and went towards the Mullanpur area on Sunday afternoon. As per reports, the bloodstained car of the taxi driver, Gurmeet Singh, was found in an empty plot near the government hospital in Mohi village on Monday morning. Police are investigating the case.Local sources said that two youths booked Gurmeet Singh’s taxi. Later, he called his colleagues and expressed fear of danger, after which many of them started looking for him. While his car was found, he is missing. The number plate of the car had also been removed. Police sources said that the police suspect the two youths might have attacked Gurmeet, dumped him somewhere, and run away after snatching his vehicle, abandoning it in a vacant plot.
