Tablespace Technologies Ltd, a managed workspace solutions provider, has leased around 5.06 lakh sq ft of office space in Hyderabad. The five-year lease entails a total rental outgo of approximately ₹163.3 crore, according to property data from Propstack.

The fresh lease, which commenced on July 1, 2026, covers multiple floors across the two towers. Tablespace will pay a monthly rent of around ₹2.84 crore, translating into a total rental outgo of approximately ₹163.3 crore over the five-year lease term.
In Tower 5, the company has leased three floors and in tower 6 it has leased 8 floors, the documents showed.
The lease has been signed with Laxmi Infobahn Software Technology Park LLP at a monthly rental of ₹56 per sq ft. Tablespace has paid a security deposit of ₹28.35 crore, the lease deed document showed. The lease document was registered on June 27, 2026.
The lease agreement provides for a 15% rent escalation every three years, it showed.
The rent commencement date (RCD) is January 1, 2027, it showed.

On August 11, managed workspace solutions provider Tablespace Technologies Ltd filed draft papers with markets regulator Sebi to raise funds through an Initial Public Offering (IPO), comprising a fresh issue of ₹800 crore.
In May this year, the company expanded its Hyderabad managed office space portfolio by nearly 5 lakh sq ft, including a transaction of around 4 lakh sq ft at Grava Business Park in Kokapet’s emerging Neopolis business district, the company had said in a statement earlier.

In March, TableSpace Technologies Pvt Ltd has leased 1.45 lakh sq ft of commercial space in Gurugram for five years at a starting monthly rent of ₹2.85 crore, according to property registration documents accessed by Propstack.
The space has been leased in a building named Godrej GCR in Sector 42, Gurugram, and the documents show it has been leased from Munjal Hospitality Pvt Ltd.
Last year, Table Space Technologies Private Limited, a flexible workspace solution provider, has taken on lease 5.34 lakh sq ft of office space for ₹3.47 crore per month in Intellion Park in sector 59, Gurugram and the space is proposed to be leased to tech giant Google according to the property registration document reviewed by real estate analytics firms Propequity and Propstack.
Premium managed office solutions provider Table Space has expanded its Mumbai operations by 50%, increasing its footprint from 4.7 lakh sq. ft. to 7 lakh sq. ft. in FY 2025, the company announced on March 6.

According to a report by CBRE India, India’s office market reached a record quarterly absorption of ~24.6 million sq. ft. in Q2 2026, up 18% QoQ and 14% YoY, alongside a record ~21.0 million sq. ft. of new supply. Delhi-NCR emerged as one of the top three office leasing markets in India, alongside Bengaluru and Pune, together contributing ~58% of national office absorption.
