Rourkela: A BBA student from Rourkela who drowned in the Puri sea on Monday is yet to be traced. Search operation continued on Wednesday. The missing students, Karan Prasad (20), Anirban Guru (21) and Rajveer Singh Sandh (21) had gone to Puri on Monday. They were accompanied by Karan’s elder brother, who did not enter the water with the trio. While bathing they were caught in a powerful current. Lifeguards managed to pull Anirban and Rajveer out of the sea. They were rushed to the hospital, where doctors declared both of them dead. While Rajveer was cremated in Puri, Anirban’s body was brought to Rourkela and cremated on Tuesday. Karan is yet to be traced.
