I am grateful for their faith and will work with full dedication,” he said.In another corner, supporters of Ward 19 councillor-elect Geeta Kumari celebrated her win with festive zeal, playing music and distributing sweets. Meanwhile, Ward 2 winner Savita Kacchap secured victory with 3,522 votes, prompting loud cheers and garlanding by jubilant supporters.Throughout the day, Transport Nagar turned into a vibrant tableau of democracy in action, with hopeful faces, drumbeats in the background, and colours in the air reflecting both the intensity and joy of the civic electoral process.
