Jaipur: The fifth edition of Mr Summer Rajasthan bodybuilding championship will be held on April 5 at Pushkarna Stadium in Bikaner.The annual competition will be held in memory of late Seth Jethmal Bhati, under the joint aegis of Community Welfare Society and Rajasthan State Body Building Association.The poster of the tournament was released by former president of Rajasthan BJP and MLA Ashok Parnami, Rajasthan Body Building Association president Naveen Yadav, Bharat Bairwa, social worker Dulichand Yadav and Ayan Gird here on Saturday.Rajasthan State Body Building Association president Naveen Yadav said that the winners of the one-day competition will be given total cash prizes worth Rs 3 lakh, in which overall ‘Mr Summer Rajasthan’ will pocket a cash prize of Rs 71,000, runner-up will be given Rs 51,000, while first runner-up will be richer by Rs 31,000.Naveen Yadav said that eight weight categories have been kept including 55-kg, 60-kg, 65-kg, 70-kg, 75-kg, 80-kg, 85-kg and above 85-kg.The open category has been kept in men’s sports physique masters and women’s fitness physique. In these competitions, first, second and third winners will be given cash prizes of Rs 5,000, 3,000 and 2,000 respectively.Naveen Yadav said that contestants from all the districts of Rajasthan will participate in the competition.
