As reported by Reporter website, actor Mallika Sukumaran says her son Prithviraj Sukumaran has received offers to direct three big films. She says one is a Malayalam film and the others are in other languages.Mallika Sukumaran also told the media that the Malayalam film will be the first one to reach theatres. She also made it clear she does not ask her son too many questions about his films. Mallika Sukumaran only hears small one-line ideas from him. She said she likes to watch his movies in theatres like everyone else.

Mallika said she knows very little about his full story ideas, “I do not know anything more. He will reach Kochi soon. After the shoot of ‘Nobody’, he has the Rajamouli film, and then ‘Khalifa’. After that he will be in Kochi. Then you can ask him directly about the films he is directing. I only know a few small one-line ideas of those films. I do not know the full stories. I never ask. I like to watch his films in theatres just like all of you, without knowing anything.”Mallika Sukumaran also said she sometimes asks playful questions when he tells her a story, “When Raju tells the story of a film he is going to direct, I ask him, ‘Will someone die at the end?’ Then he says, ‘Why are you asking that, Amma?’ It is because I am getting old now. That is why I feel like asking these things. But now many films have happy endings, so it is fine.”
Indrajith Sukumaran also getting ready to direct
Mallika also shared news about her elder son, Indrajith Sukumaran. She confirmed that he is preparing to direct and produce a film and also revealed that the script is ready. But he is busy with other projects, so he is taking time to start the film. The veteran actress said that Indrajith is working on a film by Anurag Kashyap and also in a Hindi film directed by Lijo Jose Pellissery. The proud mom added that he also did a Tamil web series recently.
