Sambalpur: Ahead of Ram Navami and Hanuman Jayanti, the district administration on Monday held a peace and coordination committee meeting to ensure smooth and incident-free celebrations. The meeting, chaired by district collector Siddheshwar Baliram, was attended by IG (northern range) Himanshu Kumar Lal and others. Lal said security would be tightened across the city, with CCTV cameras, drone surveillance and adequate police deployment. Around 30 platoons will be mobilised, and flag marches will be conducted to maintain law and order. TNN
