Commander of United States Central Command, Admiral Brad Cooper, provided a sweeping operational update on Day 4 of “Operation Epic Fury,” describing it as the largest U.S. military build-up in the Middle East in a generation. According to Cooper, more than 50,000 American troops, 200 fighter aircraft, two carrier strike groups and long-range bombers including B-2, B-1 and B-52 aircraft are participating in sustained strikes against Iranian military infrastructure.
