Ahmedabad: A 41-year-old man from Narol was duped of Rs 36,932 by fraudsters posing as insurance agents. Police said the victim received calls, where the callers claimed that his insurance premium was due and needed immediate payment. Believing the claim to be genuine, the victim transferred the amount online. Later, he realized that he was cheated and approached the police.
