Everlane is being sued
A landlord is suing Everlane for failing to pay rent on its San Francisco headquarters. The lawsuit says the company owes more than $51,000 and was served a three-day notice on March 18 to pay or vacate. In a responding statement, Everlane said it’s having “good-faith” conversations with the landlord and that the filing was a “routine procedural step.” The company confirmed it will move its headquarters to Los Angeles in August. {Puck/paywalled}
