Bollywood actor John Abraham’s firm JA Entertainment Private Limited, has renewed the lease of a premium Bandra West property at Pali Hill, for a monthly rent of ₹12 lakh for two years, according to documents accessed by Zapkey.
The lease was renewed on February 6, 2026, the document showed.
Earlier, in 2023, Abraham had leased the same property for ₹11 lakh per month, with Bajaj Builders as the landlord, documents showed.
The property, called Supreme ArtVeda, spans a RERA carpet area of 3,158 sq ft with an additional balcony area of 97.62 sq ft, bringing the total area to 3,255.75 sq ft. The rental agreement is for two years, with a deposit of ₹66 lakh. The rent will be increased to ₹12.5 lakh after 12 months, the order said.

Last year, Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan had leased two lavish duplex apartments in Pali Hill, Khar, at a rent of ₹8.67 crore for three years. The duplexes have been leased from the Bhagnani family, according to property registration documents accessed by Zapkey.com.
The first duplex had been taken on rent from actor Jacky Bhagnani and his sister Deepshikha Deshmukh. Film producer Vashu Bhagnani rented the second duplex to Shah Rukh Khan. According to the property registration documents, the monthly rent for the first duplex is ₹11.54 lakh, along with a security deposit of ₹32.97 lakh, and the monthly rent for the second duplex is ₹12.61 lakh per month, along with a security deposit of ₹36 lakh.

Bollywood transactions in Mumbai
On March 24, Bollywood actress Madhuri Dixit leased office space in Lower Parel for 5 years at a total rent of ₹2.81 crore. According to property registration documents, the commercial unit is located in One Lodha Place, Lower Parel, with a carpet area of 731 sq ft. The deal also includes one car parking space and was registered with a stamp duty of ₹72,600, registration charges of ₹1,000 and a security deposit of ₹17 lakh.
In February 2026, Shraddha Kapoor renewed the lease on her apartment in Mumbai’s Juhu for one year at a starting monthly rent of ₹6 lakh, paying the entire annual rent of ₹72 lakh upfront.
