Mumbai: Customers in the low-tension category who opted to receive electricity bills via email and SMS instead of printed paper have reached the 5 lakh mark in MSEDCL’s Go Green initiative. As of Monday, 503,795 electricity consumers participating in this scheme are enjoying an annual benefit of Rs 6 crore.To contribute to environmental conservation, the online facility to join the Go Green initiative and detailed information about the scheme are available on the MSEDCL mobile app and the website www.mahadiscom.in.
