T’puram: Palakkad MLA Rahul Mamkootathil appeared before the investigation team on Monday in connection with the first sexual assault complaint registered against him. He presented himself at the Thiruvananthapuram Peroorkada police club, where the probe team is conducting the inquiry. His appearance came after he was granted bail in the first sexual assault case.
