She emphasised that repeat violations must invite stricter penalties and possible legal action.The mayor also instructed that all seized stray bulls be shifted to the Nandgram cattle shed without delay to keep them off busy roads and residential areas. Construction of a centralised cattle shed is in the final stage, and once completed, the facility will free the city roads from the stray cattle menace.She reviewed the availability of vehicles and manpower for capturing cattle and asked whether additional resources were required to intensify operations.Thakre further ordered the identification of accident-prone zones and deployment of focused drives in those areas. Coordination with the traffic police, real-time monitoring, and a sustained crackdown were emphasised as essential steps to prevent further tragedies. She also instructed the department to work proactively to resolve the stray dog issue.
