Mamata Banerjee declared she will resist any removal of names from West Bengal’s voter list during the Special Intensive Revision. She threatened protests, fearing a repeat of what happened in Bihar. Banerjee accused the BJP and Election Commission of conspiring against West Bengal. Abhishek Banerjee warned of resistance if they attempt a similar action in West Bengal.
