Chennai: Data analytics company LatentView Analytics has made a strategic investment in a US-based agentic AI company Healtheon AI with an aim to tap the healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) market. It made a $3 million investment through a SAFE agreement, it said in an exchange filing on Thursday.With this, the company aims to improve expertise in agentic AI capabilities and gain market share in the healthcare domain. Healtheon AI will build on LatentView’s capability to deliver a cognitive multi-agent platform built specifically for healthcare RCM, it said in a release. Rajan Venkatesan, CFO of LatentView Analytics, said, “This strategic $3 million single-tranche investment is in line with our strategy of a build-invest-partner approach to become an AI-first and AI-led organisation.” Healtheon deploys AI agents for processes like eligibility verification, medical coding and claims processing with clinical, financial, and regulatory workflows, the company said.
