ABOUT THE BRAND
KADYLUXE® is a women’s licensed sports fashion apparel brand — elevated game day, done right. Broncos script sweaters. Cowboys silver and navy. Alabama crimson. Fur vests. Fashion-first silhouettes built for women who refuse to dress down for the sport they love.
We hold active NCAA, NFL, and NHL licenses and sell through Fanatics, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Scheels, and direct-to-consumer via Shopify. Fall 2026 is in motion and we are scaling fast. This role is built for someone who wants to grow with us.
THE ROLE
This is a hybrid role — equally design and operations. Half your time lives in Illustrator, building factory-ready tech packs and line art. The other half owns the production pipeline: writing and communicating vendor purchase orders, sampling , QC, and timeline tracking.
You’ll work directly with our Head Designer and founder , knitwear designer, and CD in a lean, fast-moving environment. You don’t need a lot of direction — you need good instincts and the ability to own your processes fully.
Contract-to-hire. Projects start immediately.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
TECHNICAL DESIGN
● Build and maintain complete tech packs and design layout files for factories — production-ready, every time
● Create line art, flat sketches, and mock iterations to support design development
● Confirm all trim details and write accurate cut tickets across styles and colorways
● Work fluently within the Pantone system alongside licensed trademark logos (NCAA, NFL, NHL)
● Develop and maintain print/artwork pattern files as collections evolve
PRODUCTION COORDINATION
● Own the sampling and production timeline across all active styles — flag delays before they compound
● Serve as the main point of contact between KADYLUXE and overseas factories and vendors
● Communicate with Chinese factory partners via WeChat, including off-hours as needed
● Perform QC checks on samples and finished goods — document issues, communicate actionable feedback
● Own materials and components ordering; track deliveries against production timelines
● Maintain production trackers and status sheets; keep all product pipeline data current and accurate
● Coordinate boats and transit schedules at ex-works windows from 3 factories.
WHAT YOU BRING
● 3–6 years in fashion technical design, production, or product development — apparel strongly preferred
● Advanced Adobe Illustrator skills — fashion line art, flat sketches, spec illustrations
● Experience building factory-ready design packs and managing overseas production relationships
● Comfort communicating with Chinese vendors via WeChat, including outside standard business hours. Comfortable making image/video approvals thru wechat.
● Strong QC instincts — you catch what others miss and you document it clear
● Familiarity with licensed or branded product development is a meaningful plus
● Self-managed, remote-capable, and able to move quickly — this is a lean team and you’ll feel it
Based in the U.S.; able to join occasional in-person sessions in Denver, CO or Ponte Vedra, FL.
