On Saturday, March 28, Baena, 28, shared a post on Instagram, revealing that he won first place in multiple categories at the NPC Natural Colorado State competition, including the Men’s Open Body Heavy Weight Class, Men’s Classic Physique True Novice and Men’s Class Physique Novice.“ Mission Accomplished!,” he wrote alongside several photos of himself flexing onstage during his bodybuilding debut.
28-year-old Joseph Baena is Schwarzenegger’s son with Mildred Patricia “Patty” Baena, a former domestic employee of Arnold and his ex-wife, Maria Shriver.

Before stepping into the contests, Joseph Baena spent some time training and receiving tips from his dad at Gold’s Gym in Venice Beach, California. Last week, Baena shared pics of Schwarzenegger, 78, helping him work out in the gym. Schwarzenegger looked intensely at his son, whom he shares with his former housekeeper, Mildred Baena, while he lifted weights. Joseph captioned the post, “You have to shock the muscles!”

According to People, it was the same gym that his dad and ‘Terminator’ star, Arnold, started training after moving to the US in the 1960s. The actor famously won seven Mr. Olympia titles and five Mr. Universe titles.From there, Schwarzenegger has been widely considered one of the greatest bodybuilders of all time, having won the Mr. Olympia title seven times and Mr. Universe five times, before he stopped competing in 1980.
