Patna: State assembly secretariat on Wednesday restored the membership of BJP legislator from Alinagar, Mishrilal Yadav, days after the Patna high court quashed his conviction in a criminal case.According to a notification, the assembly secretariat on Wednesday annulled its earlier order of June 20, through which membership of Yadav was terminated, and restored his membership with retrospective effect.Yadav lost his assembly membership after being sentenced to two years by the Darbhanga MP-MLA court in a 2019 case.
