Rourkela: Former head clerk (retired) in the office of executive engineer, R&B division, Rourkela, has been convicted and sentenced to 4 years of rigorous imprisonment on Tuesday for allegedly demanding and accepting bribe of Rs 15,000 from a contactor nine years ago. He was identified as Subash Chandra Das (65).
