State govt on Tuesday released the names of 10 nominated corporators for Kanpur Municipal Corporation (KMC), under section-6 of UP Nagar Nigam Act 1959. The nominated corporators—Sardar Neetu Singh, Rajesh Srivastava, Dinesh Baba Savita, Vijay Sengar, Ramesh Balmiki, Vijay Patel (Vinay), Aditya Shukla, Kamala sahu, Nidhi Bajpai, and Subhash Gaur— would participate in proceedings of the corporation . The govt notification was issued by chief secretary P Guruprasad. MP Ramesh Awasthi welcomed the nominated corporators.
