Nagpur: Swapnil Gosavi, a local goon, was brutally stoned to death at Nara Gaon, Jaripatka, shortly before midnight on Monday. The incident stemmed from a heated altercation at an eatery on Cement Road, which escalated into a fatal attack. According to police reports, Gosavi was intercepted while riding his bike home. The assailants dragged him off his vehicle and viciously attacked him, smashing his head and face with stones, leading to his death.The body was shifted to Mayo Hospital for post-mortem examination. Jaripatka police are in the process of registering a murder case and have launched an investigation to identify and apprehend the perpetrators. The brutal nature of the crime has sent shockwaves through the community, raising concerns about rising violence in the area. Authorities are urging witnesses to come forward with any information that could aid the investigation.
