Guru Nanak Dev University (GNDU), Amritsar has released a notification inviting applications for the position of Officer on Special Duty (OSD) on a contractual basis. The positions are open across multiple GNDU-affiliated colleges in Punjab.The online application process will begin on June 30, 2025, and will close on July 14, 2025. Candidates must also send a printed copy of the submitted online application along with required documents to the Registrar, GNDU, by July 21, 2025.The post is open to serving or retired approved college principals or university professors from Punjab. The maximum age limit is 70 years. The appointment will be for an initial period of two years, with the possibility of yearly extension.A total of 17 vacancies are available at colleges in Verka, Pathankot, Jalandhar, Nakodar, Sujanpur, and other locations. The selected candidates will receive a fixed monthly remuneration of ₹50,000.
