Noida: The Centre for Medical Innovation–GIMS Foundation at Government Institute of Medical Sciences , has signed anMoU with Mahayogi Gorakhnath University , Gorakhpur,and the Centres of Excellence at Maharana Pratap Institute of Technology to expand its AI Startup Clinic platform to the Purvanchal region. TnnUnder the collaboration, the GIMS AI Startup Clinic will extend its activities to Gorakhpur, creating a platform where clinicians, researchers, startups and technology developers can work together to address real-world healthcare challenges and develop new medical technologies. The partnership will combine clinical expertise from GIMS, academic leadership from MGUG and technology infrastructure from MPIT’s Centres of Excellence. The AI infrastructure at MPIT, powered by NVIDIA GPUs, will support the training, validation and deployment of advanced healthcare AI models. The MoU was signed at MGUG in the presence of vice-chancellor Surendra Singh, registrar Pradeep Kumar Rao and MPIT director Sudhir Agarwal. “The collaboration aims to bring medicine, technology and innovation together to support startups developing solutions that improve patient care and make healthcare more accessible,” said Rakesh Gupta.
