Global law firm Freshfields has advised Nippon Sheet Glass on the global and cross-border aspects of its capital restructuring and privatisation, pursuant to which NSG will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Lumina Japan Acquisition Co., Ltd., a special purpose company owned by funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, Inc.
Freshfields brought together a cross-border, multi-jurisdictional and multi-practice group team to deliver a successful outcome for the company.
