Pune: Phursungi police on Monday arrested a 59-year-old man from Vadki on the charge of strangling his 35-year-old son to death. The incident occurred late on Sunday night. The police said that the victim was an alcoholic and used to harass his parents. On Sunday night, he came home drunk and started abusing and beating his parents. Furious by this, his father banged his head on the floor and strangled him to death with a cloth, police said. TNN
