Vadodara: Police booked an ex-army man for firing a rifle in the Manjalpur area of the city after a video of the incident went viral.The accused, identified as Nilesh Uttekar, a Manjalpur resident, allegedly fired a round into the air at an open ground. Although he holds a valid licence for the firearm, police said the act violated a prohibitory notification and posed a potential risk to public safety.
