Jaipur: Congress state president Govind Singh Dotasra Thursday demanded immediate dismissal of the OBC Commission if it fails to submit its survey report despite nearly a year having passed.Speaking at a public meeting in Beawar, held under Congress’s “Sangathan Bachao, Loktantra Bachao” campaign, Dotasra accused the BJP govt of deliberately delaying local body elections. He said the Rajasthan High Court has taken a stern view of the repeated postponements and sought explanations from the state govt and the State Election Commission. Referring to the court’s earlier directive issued on Nov 14 last year, Dotasra said elections were to be conducted by April 15, but the process had not been completed.
