Ranchi: DGP Tadasha Mishra on Monday ordered the formation of a special investigation team to arrest the criminals involved in the killing of a staff member of a restaurant in Kutiyatu under Airport police station limits on Saturday evening. Armed criminals opened fired at the restaurant, killing staffer Manish Gope, 25.In a high-level meeting held at police headquarters, the DGP stated that the special team should take help of technical evidence, CCTV camera footage, and other available information to ensure immediate identification and the arrest of the criminals involved in the incident.Police said that all citizens must rest assured that they would nab criminals involved in crimes and ensure legal action against them.Additional DG (CID), Manoj Kaushik; Ranchis SSP Rakesh Ranjan; SP of anti-terrorism squad, Rishav Jha; SP (city) Paras Rana; and other officers attended the meeting.
