Lucknow: CM Yogi Adityanath is scheduled to travel to west UP on Sunday where he will review arrangements on the Kanwar route and also carry out an aerial shower of flowers on devotees. The CM, who was in Delhi on Saturday night, will take a chopper ride from Hindon Airport to Meerut on Sunday morning. He will carry out an aerial shower of petals on the Shiv devotees during the chopper ride. At Meerut, a stage has also been set up from where the CM will shower petals on the kanwariyas, a govt spokesperson said. The CM will also meet senior police and administrative officials to ensure that all arrangements are in place and there are no law and order issues, the spokesperson added. TNN
