Hyderabad: BRS parliamentary party leader Vaddiraju Ravichandra urged the state govt to immediately release the ₹11,000 crore in pending fee reimbursements owed to students and fill all vacant posts without delay. He said the govt must address the legitimate demands of students and youth before their frustration turns into anger.The Telangana Graduates Forum organised a roundtable meeting in Kothagudem on Saturday, demanding the immediate disbursal of the ₹11,000 crore in pending fee reimbursement and scholarship dues. Ravichandra said the NEET question paper leak had triggered protests by students and youth across the country, forcing Prime Minister Narendra Modi to respond even at midnight, while Union minister Dharmendra Pradhan was compelled to resign.

Ravichandra alleged that chief minister Revanth Reddy was failing in governance and said students, unemployed youth, employees, workers, and farmers were deeply dissatisfied. He said that as the govt had not cleared fee dues, colleges were refusing to issue certificates to students. He also noted that pending overseas scholarship payments were mounting, while unemployed youth had taken to protests demanding recruitment to vacant posts.
