Vadodara: A man accused of cheating a city-based businessman of over Rs 1 crore was arrested by the Detection of Crime Branch (DCB) on Monday after remaining absconding for nearly a decade.The 63-year-old had an FIR registered against him at Manjalpur police station for allegedly purchasing iron material worth more than Rs 1 crore from a city company and disappearing without making the payment.Acting on a tip-off that he had been hiding in Kutch for the past few years, a DCB team traced and apprehended him.
