Hisar: A Fatehabad court on Wednesday sentenced a man to five-year rigorous imprisonment in a 2021 snatching case and awarded another one-year imprisonment for destruction of evidence. Additional district and sessions judge Navendu Jain also fined the convict, Rajvinder of Nangla village in Fatehabad, Rs 27,000. Police said Rajvinder had snatched a purse containing a mobile phone and other items of a woman in Tohana on Jan 9, 2021.
