Hyderabad: The Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC) secured Rs 204 crore per acre for a 5.09-acre plot in Raidurg in the land e-auction conducted on Monday. Sources said Vamsiram builders bought the premium plot for Rs 1,040 crore. The corporation last week auctioned a 6.29 acres plot in the same Raidurg, which was sold at Rs 237 crore per acre in the same Raidurg in Hyderabad.
