Balangir: Police on Monday seized explosives and arrested three persons for allegedly conducting illegal blasting operations at a stone quarry near Talpadar village under Tarbha police station limits in Subarnapur district. Police seized 43 detonators, 225 packets of gunpowder each weighing 25 kg and six bundles of detonating cord.
