Ghaziabad: Two persons were arrested on Friday for allegedly killing Prem Kumar, a caretaker of a public toilet near Kaushambi bus stand, for barring their entry into the premises for the non-payment of Rs 300.According to police, the accused were identified as Sukhbir Singh (28), alias Sumit, a resident of Aligarh, and Rakesh Prasad (31).The matter came to the fore when complainant Kuldeep Singh said unknown persons had murdered Prem.
