Chandigarh: The municipal corporation of Chandigarh Friday approved the highest bid of Rs 76 lakh (including GST and taxes) for organising this year’s Rose Festival. Lucknow: A major fire broke out in the basement of an underconstruction hotel building near Vibhuti Khand police station in Gomtinagar on Friday, triggering a large-scale firefighting operation by the fire department.
